Tìm hiểu các công việc chuẩn bị luộc rau - GV yêu cầu HS quan sát hình 1, 2 (Sgk) nêu câu hỏi tìm hiểu sơ chế trước khi luộc rau 12
  13. Việc 1: Em đọc Sgk, quan sát hình minh hoạ, Việc 2: Em trao đổi và thảo luận theo nhóm đôi để nêu tên các công việc cần công việc chuẩn bị luộc rau. Việc 1: - Nhóm trưởng nêu câu hỏi cho các bạn trong nhóm tự trả lời Việc 2: Nhóm trưởng tổng kết ý kiến và báo cáo kết quả với giáo viên. - GV gọi một số HS đại diện các nhóm nêu ý kiến trả lời các công việc chuẩn bị luộc rau. - Đỏnh giỏ: - Kết luận: Để luộc rau trớc tiên ta phải chọn rau, nhặt rau loại bỏ những phần không sử dụng được, vàng úa, dùng nứơc rửa sạch rau - Đối với một số loại rau như rau cải, bắp su, su hào, đậu cô ve nên ngắt thành từng đoạn ngắn hoặc thái nhỏ sau khi đã rửa sạch để giữ được chất dinh dưỡng của rau. 2- Tìm hiểu cách luộc rau - GV hớng dẫn HS đọc nội dung mục 2 kết hợp với quan sát hình SGK và nhớ lại cách luộc rau ở gia đình để nêu cách luộc rau. - Em đọc Sgk, quan sát hình minh hoạ, liên hệ thực tiễn luộc rau trong gia đình. - Em trao đổi và thảo luận theo nhóm đôi để trả lời cách luộc rau bằng soong, nồi trên bếp. Việc 1: - Nhóm trưởng nêu câu hỏi cho các bạn trong nhóm tự trả lời Việc 2: Nhóm trưởng tổng kết ý kiến và báo cáo kết quả với giáo viên. - GV Gọi một số hs ở các nhóm trình bày ý kiến Việc 1: CTHĐ cho các nhóm cử đại diện đưa ra cách luộc rau của nhóm mình. Các nhóm khác lắng nghe và bổ sung ý kiến . Việc 2: CTHĐ báo cáo lại với GV và mời giáo viên nhận xét - GV nhận xét và bổ sung, : - Kết luận : để luộc được rau ăn ta phải đun nước sôi - Gọi HS đọc lại ghi nhớ bài - Nhắc HS 1 số điểm khi luộc rau: + Nên cho nhiều nước + Nên cho một ít muối hoặc bột canh + Khi cho rau vào nồi, cần lật rau 2-3 lần để cho rau chín đều 13
