Lesson 3- Part 4,5,6 I.Objectives: By the end of the lesson Ss will be able to: - Ss revise vocabulary about school and class - Read the paragraph and complete - Write about your school - Express concern about their school and class. For disabilities: St can write one subject they like. II. Teaching aids 1. Teacher’s: student’s and teacher’s book, pictures, cassette, recording 2. Students’: books, notebooks, workbooks. III. Procedures A-Warm up: - chant “School, School, School” T observes, focus on lyrics, rhythm and pronunciation Oral comments. - Chant correctly rhythm and beautifully. B-New lesson Activity 4. Read and answer - Ask Ss to identify the content in the paragraph. - Read questions and identify the characters in each pictures. - Ask Ss to read the paragraph and complete. - Monitor the activity and offer help when necessary - Call on some Ss to report their answers. Objectives: By the end of this lesson, students will be able to: - Identify the vocabulary about What someone is doing: watching a video, writing a dictation, reading a text, listening to music. - Aks ans aswer question about : What ‘s she/ he doing? She/ He’s - Express students’ concern about What someone is doing. For disabilities: St can read one activity. II. Teaching aids: Text book, Picture, cassette, workbook III. Procedure: A.Warm up - Q-A: How are you? What do you like doing? What subjects do you have today? Ask Ss to answer questions and elicit the new lessons. B. New lesson Activity 1. Look, listen and repeat Discover the picture: - How many people are there in the picture? - Who are they? - Where are they? - What are they doing? For disabilities: St can listen one activity. II. Teaching aids 1. Teacher’s: student’s and teacher’s book, computer 2. Students’: books, notebooks, workbooks. III. Procedures Warm up: Call some pairs to Aks ans aswer questions about What someone is doing in front of the class.( pictures) Assessement: ( praise and share) Activity 3. Listen and tick - Show pupils how to carry out the task and tick the box. Elicit the pictures. Have pupils repeat them once and twice - Play the recording three times for pupils to listen, do the task and check their answers - Get pupils to swap and check their answers before checking as a class Key: 1b 2c 3a *T’assessment: ( quick notes) -You observe the ways students do the task. - Give oral comments .
