Tớch hợp GD SDNLTK&HQ: Giỏo dục HS cú ý thức tiết kiệm điện trong sinh hoạt hằng ngày. II. Đồ dùng 1. Giáo viên: - Hình minh hoạ; phiếu học tập - Một số dụng cụ, lương thực, thực phẩm. 2. Học sinh: SGK III. Hoạt động dạy học: 1.Ôn định tổ chức: Nhóm trưởng kiểm tra dụng cụ - báo cáo chủ tịch HĐTQ – Báo cáo GV 2. Bài mới: Giới thiệu bài : HS đọc Mục tiêu - Chia sẻ MT Hoạt động cơ bản 1- . Tìm hiểu về cách nấu cơm bằng nồi cơm điện - GV giới thiệu nấu cơm là công việc hàng ngày quen thuộc đối với mọi gia đình ,nấu cơm bằng cách nào, công việc đó như thế nào sau đó ghi đề. +Yêu cầu hs thảo luận nhóm về cách nấu cơm bằng nồi cơm điện. 1.Kể tên các dụng cụ, nguyên liệu cần chuẩn bị để nấu cơm bằng nồi cơm điện. 2.Nêu các công việc chuẩn bị nấu cơm bằng nồi cơm điện 3.Trình bày cách nấu cơm bằng nồi cơm điện 4.Theo em muốn nấu cơm bằng nồi cơm điện đạt yêu cầu cần chú ý nhất khâu nào? Việc 1: Em đọc Sgk, quan sát hình minh hoạ, Việc 2: Em trao đổi và thảo luận theo nhóm đôi để nêu tên các công việc cần công việc chuẩn bị nấu cơm bằng nồi cơm điện Việc 1: - Nhóm trưởng nêu câu hỏi cho các bạn trong nhóm tự trả lời Việc 2: Nhóm trưởng tổng kết ý kiến và báo cáo kết quả với giáo viên. - GV gọi một số HS nêu ý kiến trả lời các công việc chuẩn bị nấu cơm và cách nấu cơm bằng nồi cơm điện. - GV Gọi một số hs ở các nhóm trình bày ý kiến Việc 1: CTHĐ cho các nhóm cử đại diện đa ra câu trả lời của nhóm mình. Các nhóm khác lắng nghe và bổ sung ý kiến ( không nhắc lại ý kiến của nhóm trước) Việc 2: CTHĐ báo cáo lại với GV và mời giáo viên nhận xét * Đỏnh giỏ: - GV nhận xét và bổ sung : GV nên lại quy trình cách nấu cơm đối với nồi cơm điện và nhắc nhở trong quá trình nấu ăn cần chú ý an toàn khi sử dụng điện, tiết kiệm điện 10
  11. trỏnh lóng phớ điện trong sinh hoạt, chỉ dựng điện khi cần thiết.Cú thể dựng năng lượng mặt trời để nấu ăn tiết kiệm năng lượng. - GV mời vài học sinh nên lại quy trình nấu cơm bằng nồi cơm điện. 3 - Đánh giá kết quả Gọi hs nhắc lại một số nội dung của tiết học để củng cố kiến thức - Một số hs nhắc lại nội dung tiết học Hoạt động ứng dụng - Về nhà thực hiện cùng gia đình . - Chia sẽ với mọi người cách nấu cơm đã được học và chú ý khi nấu cơm bằng điện. - Vận dụng để tự mình sơ chế một số loại thực phẩm khi ở nhà. *GV nhận xét tiết học.
