Học sinh: - Sgk III/ Hoạt động dạy học: 1.Ôn định tổ chức: Nhóm trưởng kiểm tra dụng cụ – báo cáo chủ tịch HĐTQ – Báo cáo GV 2. Bài mới: Giới thiệu bài : ” Chuẩn bị nấu ăn ”. Hoạt động cơ bản HĐ1.Xác định một số công việc chuẩn bị nấu ăn - Hướng dẫn hs làm việc theo cặp: đọc nội dung Sgk và đặt câu hỏi để yêu cầu hs nêu tên các công việc cần thực hiện khi chuẩn bị nấu ăn. Việc 1: Em đọc Sgk, quan sát hình minh hoạ, 10

Việc 2: Em trao đổi và thảo luận theo nhóm đôi để nêu tên các công việc cần công việc chuẩn bị nấu ăn - GV gọi một số HS nêu ý kiến trả lời các công việc chuẩn bị nấu ăn - GV nhận xét, bổ sung : Tất cả các nguyên liệu sử dụng trong nấu ăn như rau củ,quả , thịt, trứng được gọi chung là thực phẩm, Trước khi tiến hành nấu ăn cần tiến hành các công việc như chọn thực phẩm, sơ chế thực phẩm nhằm có được những thực phẩm tươi, ngon, sạch để chế biến các món ăn như dự định. * Đỏnh giỏ: - TCĐG: Nêu được tên những công việc chuẩn bị nấu ăn + Giỏo dục cho HS biết thực hiện một số kĩ năng sống ,biết chuẩn bị những vật dụng và vật liệu để chế biến mún ăn. + Tự học, hợp tỏc - PPĐG: Quan sỏt. vấn đỏp - KTĐG: ghi chộp ngắn, đặt cõu hỏi, nhận xột bằng lời HĐ2- Tìm hiểu cách thực hiện một số công việc chuẩn bị nấu ăn * GV cho các nhóm thảo luận với nhau về việc tìm hiểu cách chọn thực phẩm . ? Nên chọn thực phẩm nhằm mục đích , yêu cầu gì? Việc 1: - Nhóm trưởng nêu câu hỏi cho các bạn trong nhóm tự trả lời Việc 2: Nhóm trưởng tổng kết ý kiến và báo cáo kết quả với giáo viên. - GV Gọi một số hs ở các nhóm trình bày ý kiến Việc 1: CTHĐ cho các nhóm cử đại diện đưa ra câu trả lời của nhóm mình. Các nhóm khác lắng nghe và bổ sung ý kiến ( không nhắc lại ý kiến của nhóm trước) Việc 2: CTHĐ báo cáo lại với GV và mời giáo viên nhận xét -GV nhận xét và bổ sung : Chọn thực phẩm nhằm đảm bảo đủ lượng, đủ chất dinh dưỡng trong bữa ăn. GV hướng dẫn HS cách chọn một số loại thực phẩm HĐ3. GV cho các nhóm thảo luận với nhau về việc tìm hiểu cách sơ chế thực phẩm . - Hướng dẫn hs đọc nội dung mục 2 Sgk - Yêu cầu hs nêu những công việc thường làm trước khi nấu một món ăn nào đó Việc 1: Em đọc Sgk, quan sát hình minh hoạ, Việc 2: Em trao đổi và thảo luận theo nhóm đôi để trả lời 11

Việc 1: - Nhóm trưởng nêu câu hỏi cho các bạn trong nhóm tự trả lời Việc 2 : Các bạn trong nhóm cùng nhau thảo luận về những công việc trước khi nấu ăn( đưa ra cụ thể món ăn nào như rau. thịt ) Việc 3: Nhóm trưởng tổng kết ý kiến và báo cáo kết quả với giáo viên. - GV Đến từng nhóm quan sát và gợi ý. Giúp đỡ khi các nhóm cần hỗ trợ. - GV Gọi một số hs ở các nhóm trình bày ý kiến - Nhóm trưởng cử đại diện đưa ra ý kiến của nhóm mình. Các nhóm khác lắng nghe và bổ sung ý kiến ( không nhắc lại ý kiến của nhóm trước) - GV nhận xét và bổ sung : Trước khi chế biến một món ăn ta thướng thực hiện công việc loại bỏ những phần không ăn được của thực phẩm và làm sạch thực phẩm, tùy loại thực phẩm có thể cắt, thái nhỏ,ướp gia vị những việc đó gọi là sơ chế thực phẩm. (Gv đưa ra ví dụ cụ thể ở một món ăn) * Đỏnh giỏ: - TCĐG: - Biết cách thực hiện một số công việc nấu ăn.
