Kĩ thuật 5.1-5.3 Thursday, September 27th 2018 ĐIỀU CHỈNH, BỔ SUNG BÀI HDH KĨ THUẬT 5 MỘT SỐ DỤNG CỤ NẤU ĂN VÀ ĂN UỐNG TRONG GIA ĐÌNH I.Mục tiêu: - Kiến Thức :Biết đặc điểm của một số dụng cụ nấu ăn và ăn uống trong gia đình. - Kĩ Năng:Giúp học sinh biết cách sử dụng, bảo quản một số dụng cụ nấu ăn và ăn uống thông thường trong gia đình. -Thái độ : Có ý thức bảo quản, giữ gìn vệ sinh, an toàn trong quá trình sử dụng dụng cụ đun, nấu, ăn uống. - Tích hợp ND GD SDNLTK-HQ: H biết chọn loại bếp nấu ăn tiết kiệm năng lượng tránh lãng phí chất đốt; nấu ăn thế nào để tiết kiệm năng lượng. Cĩ thể dùng năng lượng mặt trời khí bioga để nấu ăn tiết kiệm năng lượng. II. Chuẩn bị ĐDDH: -Tranh ảnh một số dụng cụ đun, nấu, ăn uống thường dùng trong gia đình. - Tranh một số dụng cụ nấu ăn và ăn uống thông thường. - Phiếu học tập. II. Các hoạt động dạy học: - HĐTQ tổ chức cho lớp khởi động - GV giới thiệu bài và nêu mục đích yêu cầu giờ học.
