  1. Lesson plan 4 School year: 2019-2020 WEEK 2 Teaching date: Class 4A 4B 4C Period . UNIT 16:LET’S GO TO THE BOOKSHOP. Lesson 2 Part 4, 5 ,6 I.Objectives: By the end of this lesson, Ss can: - Revise vocabulary about the reason for going somewhere that have learnt last lesson. - Practice listening and reading skills . - Express their concern about the places that they want to go and the reasons. II.Teaching aids: -Teacher’s book, student’s book, pictures, CD player, CD III.Procedure: A- Warm up: - Ask and answer *Oral:praise and share B-New lesson Activity 4: Listen and circle.(alter : word and phrase by pictures) Discover the picture *Q-A: How many T plays the recording and Ss listen once or twice. call some ss share answers and give feedback. Objectives: By the end of this lesson, Ss will be able to: - Identify the syllabus in the words: book, bookshop, bakery, supermarket - Listen and circle the words including the sounds. - Express students’ concern about Ss’ the places by listening skill. II. Teaching aids 1. Teacher’s: student’s and teacher’s book, pictures, cassette, recording 2. Students’: books, notebooks, workbooks. III. Procedure: A. Warm-up: Game:Slap the board Praise and share B. New lesson: Activity 1: Listen and repeat - T plays the recording and Ss listen and repeat once or twice. - Have Ss repeat in chorus or in pairs if necessary. Practise pronouncing. * Take note: Which student can’t pronounce correctly and help them to correct their mistake. Activity 2: Listen and circle. Then write and say aloud. Objectives: By the end of this lesson, students will be able to: - Identify the vocabulary about the clothes( singular) : scarf, blouse, jacket, skirt, jumper, - Ask and answer questions about price of clothes ( singular). Use the model sentence: How much is the .? – It’s ( price) - Express students’ concern about clothes. II. Teaching aids: Text book, picture, cassette, workbook III. Procedure: A.Warm up Q-A: How are you? What day is it today? Ask Ss to eliciting questions to elicit the new lessons. B. New lesson Activity 1. Look, listen and repeat Discover the picture: - How many people are there in the picture? - Who are they? - Where are they? - What are they doing? Share ideas - Focus on the structure, lead in the new lesson. Listen and repeat - T plays the recording, Ss listen and repeat line by line once or twice. - Have Ss repeat the whole dialogue in chorus or in group. Procedures A.Warm up: Play a game: Rub out and remember Oral comments: ( praise and share) B.New lesson Activity3. Listen and tick - Show pupils how to carry out the task and tick the box. Elicit the pictures and the price. Have pupils repeat them once and twice - Play the recording three times for pupils to listen, do the task and check their answers - Get pupils to swap and check their answers before checking as a class *T’assessment: ( quick notes) -You observe the ways students do the task.
