  1. Lesson plan 4 School year: 2020-2021 WEEK 22 Teaching 24/2 26/2 25/2 24/2 date: Class 4A 4B 4C 4D Period 1. UNIT 13: WOULD YOU LIKE SOME MILK? LESSON 1 (Part 1-2) I. Objectives: By the end of this lesson, students will be able to: - Identify the vocabulary about food and drink : chicken, beef, pork, lemonade . - Ask and answer questions about favourite food and drink. Use the model sentence: What’s your favourite food/ drink? It’s (food/drink) . - Express students’ concern about food or drink they often eat . II. Teaching aids: Text book, picture, cassette, workbook III. Procedure: A.Warm up Q-A: How are you? What is the date today? Ask Ss to eliciting questions to elicit the new lessons. B. New lesson Activity 1. Look, listen and repeat Discover the picture: - How many people are there in the picture? - Who are they? - Where are they? - What are they doing? Objectives: By the end of the lesson ss will be able to: - Revise vocabulary about food and drink - Practise listening, reading and writing about what’s your favourite food and drink - Express their concern about favourite food and drink. II. Teaching aids 1. Teacher’s: student’s and teacher’s book, computer 2. Students’: books, notebooks, workbooks. III. Procedures A.Warm up: Play a game: Slap the board Oral comments: ( praise and share) B.New lesson Activity 3. Listen and tick - Show pupils how to carry out the task and tick the box. Elicit the pictures. Look and write: Q-A: -Elicit the pictures: + How many pictures are there? + What’s his/her favourite food and drink? ( point to the object in the picture?) - Give pupils time to do the task. Exchange and check their answers. => *T’assessment: ( quick notes) -You observe how to students work in pairs ( co-opration, discipline, the duty of the leader ) - Praise and share: ( Good job/ Perfect/ .) - S’s assessment: + give written comments (focus on the word-spelling). Students check together. Activity 5: Let’s sing: - Give students a few seconds to look at the pictures and read the text in silence. - Have choral and individual repetition of each line of the lyrics. When pupils are familiar with the tune, give a demonstration of the song and actions. - Get groups of pupils to sit face to face and practise singing and doing the actions. - Call a group of six to the front of the class. The group sings the first two lines in every stanza and the rest of the class sings the last T’s asessment: oral comments (focus on the word-spelling). C. II.Teaching Aids: Teacher’s book, student’s book, pictures, CD player, CD III.Procedure: A-Warm up: Sing the song: My favourite food and drink. - Oral comments( lyric, intonation, rhythm) - Praise and share B-New lesson. Activity 1: Look, listen and repeat. + Discover the picture: *Q-A -How many people are there in the picture? - Who are they? - Where are they? + Listen to the recording a few times ( 3 times) + Listen and repeat line by line. + Say the words in each bubble Activity 2: Point and say.
