  1. Lesson plan 4 School year: 2020-2021 WEEK 17 Teaching /1 /1 /1 /1 date: Class 4A 4B 4C 4D Period 1. UNIT 10 : WHERE WERE YOU YESTERDAY? Lesson 1: (part 4-5-6) I. Objectives: By the end of the lesson ss will be able to: - Revise vocabulary about Where someone was in the past : at home, at school, at the zoo, on the beach, in the school library. - Pactise Listening, Reading and writing about Where someone was in the past . - Express their concern about Where someone was in the past . II. Teaching aids 1. Teacher’s: student’s and teacher’s book, computer 2. Students’: books, notebooks, workbooks. III. Procedures Warm up: Play a game: Whisper Oral comments: ( praise and share) Activity 3. Listen and tick - Show pupils how to carry out the task and tick the box. Elicit the pictures. Have pupils repeat them once and twice - Play the recording three times for pupils to listen, do the task and check their answers - Get pupils to swap and check their answers before checking as a class Key: 1c 2b 3a *T’assessment: ( quick notes) -You observe the ways students do the task. - Give oral comments . Lesson plan 4 School year: 2020-2021 Q-A: - Elicit the table: - Give pupils time to do the task, swap and check their answers. => peer-assessment - Do choral and individual repetition *T’assessment: ( quick notes) -You observe how to students work in a group ( co-opration, discipline, the duty of the leader ) - Praise and share: ( Good job/ Perfect/ .) - S’s assessment: + give written comments (focus on the word-spelling). Students check together. Key: 1- At home, 2- school, 3- on the beach. Activity 5: Let’s sing: - Give students a few seconds to look at the pictures and read the text in silence. - Have choral and individual repetition of each line of the lyrics. When pupils are familiar with the tune, give a demonstration of the song and actions. - Get groups of pupils to sit face to face and practise singing and doing the actions. - Call a group of six to the front of the class. The group sings the first two lines in every stanza and the rest of the class sings the last T’s asessment: oral comments (focus on the word-spelling). IV. Presentation: Activity 1: Look, listen and repeat Listen and repeat - T plays the recording and Ss listen and repeat once or twice. - Have Ss repeat in chorus or in pairs if necessary.
