Listen and tick. • Tell pupils that they are going to listen to fi ve dialogues and tick the correct pictures. • Give them a few seconds to look at the pictures. Ask them to identify the similarities and diff erences among them Check understanding. • Play the recording three times for pupils to listen, do the task and check their answers. • Get pupils to swap their answers before you check as a class. What are Miu and Mary doing in the shop?) • Ask pupils to read the text and guess the words to replace the red words. 13
  14. • Play the recording for pupils to listen to the story and correct the words. Then play it again for them to check their answers.
