Objectives: By the end of the lesson, Ss will be able to: - Revise the questions about how you learn English through listening, writing. - Use the information to write about how and why you learn English . - Play the game: Charades. II. Teaching aids: - Teacher: Teacher’s book, student’s book, activboard. - Students: Student’s book, notebook, pen, ruler III. Procedures * Warm up: Chatting. Assessement: Q - A: + How do you practise speaking English/ reading/ writing/ ? + I + Why do you learn English? Because I Activity 1: 4. Listen and number - Discover the pictures. + Who is this/ are they? What are they doing? - Listen and number - T plays the recording twice. - Have Ss listen and complete the task. - Ss share the answers with their groups. - Ss give the answers. - Listen again and check Keys: 1.c 2.a 3.d 4.b Assessement: - correctly, pronunciation. Activity 2: 5. Write about you - Run through the questions. - Write on your notebook. - Share and feedback

Objectives: By the end of the lesson, Ss will be able to : - Ss can use the words and phrases related to the topic how you learn English. - Say the questions and answers with the correct sentence stress. - Let’s chant: How you learn English? - Express their concern about how and why you learn English II. Teaching aids: - Teacher: Teacher’s book, student’s book, activboard. - Students: Student’s book, notebook, pen, ruler III. Procedures Warm up: Kim’s Game.( singing/ speaking/ writing/ talking/ reading .) Assessement: - correctly, fast. Activity 1: 1. Listen and repeat - Open the tape twice - Listen and repeat one by one with the stress. - Practice Assessement: - voice, intonation and pronunciation. Activity 2: 2. Listen and circle a or b. Then say the sentences aloud - Open the tape and listen. - Listen and circle. - Share ideas and feedback - Practice saying aloud. * Keys: 1.b 2.a 3.a 4.b

Objectives: By the end of the lesson, Ss wil be able to: - Develop reading and writing skills by: Reading the text about Mai and tick T/ F the sentences; Write about how your friend learn English based on suggested sentences in textbook. - Discuss how you practise listening, speaking, reading and writing English. II. Teaching aids: - Teacher: Teacher’s book, student’s book, radio - Students: Student’s book, notebook, III. Procedures * Warm up: Chant: How do you learn English? Assessement: - Ss’s vocab: Chant the sentences with the right intonation combine with their actions. - Ss’s chant: you chant beautifully/ well/ wonderfully Activity 1: 4. Read and tick T/ F. - Guide Ss how to do the task. - Give pupils sufficient time to do the task. - Read the text about Mai and check pupils’ comprehension - Share their answers. - Feedback. Objectives : By the end of the lesson, students will be able to: - Identify the names of books/ stories. - Practice conversation about what story/ book someone is reading. - Express Ss care toward about story/ book. II.Teaching aids: - Teacher: Teacher’s book, student’s book, - Students: Student’s book, notebook, pen, ruler III. Procedures *Warm up: - Talk about how and why you learn English(Project) Assessment: - T’s asessment: give oral comments (focus on their exact the words, sentences pronunciation, interaction) Activity 1: 1. Look, listen and repeat - Discover the picture: + Who are they? Where are they? What are they doing? - T plays the recording and Ss listen and repeat once or twice. - Have Ss repeat in chorus or in pairs if necessary.
