- English 2 Lesson Plan Teacher: WEEK 7 Date of teaching: Oct 8th, 2018 (2B) Oct 9th, 2018 (2A) UNIT 4: AT THE ICE - CREAM VAN Lesson 2 I. Objectives By the end of the lesson, students will able to: - Identify and say correctly things they've learnt in Lesson 1. - Practise pronouncing the letter ea in the words tea, ice cream, peach, beach by the chant. - Express students' concern about things in the picture. II. Language contents: Phonic: /i:/ of the letter ea Vocabulary: tea, ice cream, peach, beach III. Teaching aids book, pictures, cards, computer, loud speaker IV. Procedure 1.Warm up Game: jumbled words 2. New lesson Activity 2: Point and say 1. Set the scene: Ask ss to look at the picture and discuss about the picture (P.16). Ss say what they can see in the picture. - Ss find out tea, ice cream, peach, beach - Point to the picture and say - One st point to each picture, another st say the word. - Change the role Peer assessment: (pronunciation, , intonation) Excellent Good Okay Lien Thuy 2 Primary School School year: 2018 - 2019

New lesson Activity 5: Let's talk - Ask ss to look at the pictures and discuss about the picture (P.17).
