  1. Week 15 Period 15 Tuesday, December 17th 2024 Unit 5: At the fish and chip shop Lesson 1 A. OBJECTIVES: By the end of the lesson, Ss will be able to: 1. Knowledge: - pronounce the sound of the letter I/i in isolation and in the words chicken, chips, fish and milk correctly - Sound /I,i/ - Vocabulary: chicken, chips, fish and milk - Skills: speaking and listening. 2. Competences: - Co-operation: ready to help friends in pair work/ group work. - Know how to practise some sounds. 3. Attitude/ Qualities: Stages/Time Teacher’s activities Students’ activities Sing a song 1.Warm- up: *Aims: to create a friendly and (5’) active atmosphere in the class to beginning the lesson. *Procedure: -Ss sing and do action -Spend a few minutes revising the previous lesson by asking the class to sing the song -SS open their book. in Unit 4, Lesson 2 and clap their -Actively participate in activities with their classmates in pairs, groups or class. TEACHING AIDS: - Teacher: Posters, laptop, pictures, textbook, lesson plan, TV or projector. - Students: Textbooks, notebooks, workbooks, school things. D. PROCEDURES:

The group that has F, I, S, H
  4. should go to the front of the class, show the cards in the correct order to make the word. Follow the same procedure with other words. - Have the class look at the words and announce the winner 4. Homework. - Practice more at home. (2’) - Prepare for the next lesson.
